Hi there! My name is Lisa, and I’m passionate about language, linguistics, and culture. I’ve always been interested in writing and language study. I am also a writer, photographer, and videographer.
I’m currently working on my MA in Linguistics and TESOL. In addition to my studies, I also work as an English language teacher with a TESOL certification.
On this site, I’ll be sharing my adventures in writing and linguistics, as well as my experiences learning about different cultures from around the world. I’m also embarking on a language-learning journey of my own, and I’ll be sharing my progress as I study Italian, Spanish, and Arabic.
I teach students from school age through adult. I work with new English language learners, and I also work with adult students working to polish their language skills for college and the workforce.
